Tips for Higher Response Rates

Email the concierge or front desk manager directly

General inboxes get ignored. Search LinkedIn or the property's website for a name — even "Concierge Manager" or "Guest Services Director" is better than no name.

Send Tuesday–Thursday, 9–11 AM

Hospitality staff are least busy mid-week mornings. Avoid Mondays (catching up) and Fridays (winding down).

Follow up once after 5 business days
